Die Cut Workshop

2 sets of die cut machine operate in 2 shifts every day and with 50,000pcs of die cut piece output per day.

Sewing Workshop

150 sets of sewing machine produces over 10,000pcs of medium products a day.

Trimming & Finishing Workshop

Over 150 skillful workers produce not less than 10,000pcs of medium products a day. Every product must be 100% checked by QC after finishing.

Packing Workshop & Metal Detecting

A clean and isolated workshop preserves for the final packing from dirty and any metallic object mixing up. Every product must be checked by the metal detector before final packing.
